We are a German company and the latest member of the Scandinavia-based Compass Fairs Group – the market leader for technical services at exhibitions, congresses and events in the Scandinavian market. We create exhibition stands for events organisers and individual customers, offering both system stands and bespoke designs. We are currently looking to strengthen our team by recruiting an experienced assembly technician/stand builder to assist in the production, assembly and dismantling of exhibition stands at national and international exhibitions, congresses and events.

Your duties

Acquiring, advising, supporting and developing national and international (exhibition stand construction) customers
Sales and associated action planning
Independently planning and realising exhibition stands
Developing concepts and designs
Coordinating the entire project process, incl. internal and external service providers
Communicating with internal and external stakeholders
Conducting project cost estimations and billing

Your profile

Professional experience in exhibitions and events (preferably in relation to technical services/stand building/project management)
Clear focus on customers’ needs and providing service
Proactive with good communication skills
Creative and solution-oriented
A talent for organisation and a good team player
Good command of MS Office, CAD and other graphics programs
Professional German language skills and solid English language skills, in both spoken and written communication
Driver’s licence
